Let us say, we have analysis X, and I do not want for more than 5 people to be able to open it at the same time if the report is not cached.
This will help in assuring that a specific node or web player does not become exhausted or strained - same goes for database resources as well - thus causing major delays in delivering reports.

Would it make sense to you instead of limiting by number of users on a certain analysis, limiting by a resource quota assignation for a resource pool ?
