Spotfire Analyst - Extend the horizontal or vertical line when resizing visualizations

In Spotfire Analyst 10.3, when changing the size of the visualization frame, the line displayed stops at the visualization borders. It would be great to extend it, so that it could be aligned with visualizations which are not right beside the visualization not being resized. To "visualizse" this, it could be like the "cross-hair" of Snagit (when using region).

Could TIBCO implement this feature?
