Custom tool bar buttons are not hidden when IsVisible property is set to true

In Spotfire 10.10.x, we have the ability to custom the tool bar by adding custom tool shortcust (as buttons). This is a great addition to Spotfire but unfortunalty it only allows enabling/disabling the buttons! It does not hide/show the buttons based on the custom tool IsVisible property!

This needs to be addressed urgently please.
