ability to set default text sorting as a preference

The best sorting option for text columns is the natural sorting. However the standard one is the one set by default for all columns with text content. Ideally the "natural sorting" should be selected by default, and in case it makes sense that the standard sorting is set as today as default, then a preference should be added to define what is the sorting to get applied by default for the "text" columns of a newly created data table.

Actually this is especially important when some data pivot transformation is made. Then new columns are created depending on data content. And in this case no way to get a proper order when digits are in the text combined with letters.
