Provide the ability to compare / diff DXP files and information models

Currently, there is no way to see what has changed in a DXP file or information model. When working in a real development environment, being able to track and identify changes is critical to release reliable, accurate changes.

Lacking this ability has resulted in fixes being released prematurely, bugs being rereleased and time wasted tracking versions manually.

Whilst true version control would be brilliant (covered in https://spotfire.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SPF-I-310), just simply being able to compare DXP files and information models and highlight differences would be a great first step that would help the development process significantly.

    Couldn't agree more! Spotfire needs to step up and have the tools for teams developing dashboards.
