Spotfire Web Player - Customize Web Player error messages Merged

I would se a great use for the Web Player to be able to display customized error messages, at least for the "File '/Path/To/Library/Report' not found or access is denied" message type. The administrator could provide some useful information to the users about things to check for further troubleshooting, like:

"If you are the owner if this report, remember to check if the UNC path is used for any external file."

The possibility to add fields getting information from the library metadata like:

"Contact the report creator of the last person having modified this file thisperson@local.lan if you need further assistance".

This would reduce the frustration of users seeing an error message that does not help so much, and get additional steps towards a resolution of the error, without necessarily involve the Spotfire administrator for troubleshooting assistance. Some more troubleshooting information like which Node Manager server / instance has processed the request could also be helpful for the Spotfire administrator.
