(TER)R (Package) Synchronisation between Clients and TSSS

using SPK files to deploy the very same R packages to all users of the installed client who run their scripts locally is a nice feature. However, for people running their scipts on the TSSS (ideally the very same) packages can only be deployed in two ways:

1. Install them manually from a repository

2. Copy them from another computer

   This bears the risk though that some packages don't work properly since the install.packages command is not used. Additionally with the current client set-up where packages for SPOTIRE clients are distributed accross various folders it bears the risk that packages are forgotten.

So the most simple, safe and user-friendly way would be to enable SPOTFIRE deploying the very same SPK file to both the clients and the TSSS. Any chance this could be implemented in one of the next versions?

We've also noted that local TERR versions deployed to the clients are not necessarily the same TERR version which is installed on the TSSS. So when providing an updated TERR version to the customers this update should affect both the clients and the TSSS such that the TERR versions themselves are also in sync.
